Return Policies

We accept returns on all unbroken and unopened products for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please email our support and inform us of the return before sending it back to us.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email our support with pictures so we can guide you through making a return. We do not accept returns on broken or defective items if we have not been notified before receiving them. 

Please be aware that very minor dents are to be expected from manufacturing and shipping, and it's not grounds for returns. These products are, however, still eligible for normal returns within 30 days of purchasing, if they are unopened. 

We are collectors and understand the importance of sufficient protection during shipping. We would also never ship something in a condition we wouldn't be happy to own ourself.
